This fully integrated Equipment Cost module in Sage Timberline Office manages the details of equipment cost, revenue, and usage to help you maximize your return on investment. Then distribute equipment information throughout your Sage Timberline Office accounting processes. By managing information and providing easy access to it, Equipment Cost helps maximize your equipment investment. Cost and revenue information can be entered directly into Equipment Cost. Equipment related cost and revenue information can be entered through Payroll timesheets, and equipment-related cost information can be entered through Accounts Payable invoices. This information is then distributed to Job Cost, General Ledger, and Billing for appropriate processing.Equipment Maintenance is an add-on product from Enabling that is designed to seamlessly integrate into the Timberline Office suite of operations and financial software. It can operate with or without the Purchasing, Inventory, Payroll or Service Management modules. By clever use of the Timberline import entry routines, any accounting transactions created in Equipment Maintenance are merged into the standard Timberline workflow using the installed Timberline modules. Equipment Maintenance allows the setup of equipment services and service schedules. Each equipment item can have an unlimited number of schedules driven by multiple meters such as hours, miles, fuel used and dates. Each schedule has its own services or service cycles which automatically generate work orders as the services fall due.
Equipment Planner is an Equipment Maintenance add-on that provides significant improvement to the visibility of Equipment availability and status. It also integrates seamlessly with Job Cost, Equipment Cost and Accounts Receivable to provide additional billing functionality. Using a Gantt chart style calendar interface, Equipment planner allows you to view equipment item availability in an easy to interpret display that provides equipment status and scheduling information. Within the calendar the user has the ability to insert additional tracking details and assign colored tags to equipment status types in order to provide a better visual display of your overall situation.
